My son has bought from ToysRus with their money. After several hours of their direction folowing is limited, we could not work on 2 different computers. We called Hasbro and the customer service was no help, said that the product I would be back. I am still waiting for a call from one months later! I Sent a response to Hasbro on their website, no response. I called customer service ToysRus and were not in a position to help both. As this item was purchased in its range, R, I was worried that she would not take it back. I spoke directly with the CEO, and I thank God who gave me my money back. What a piece of shit! I am very surprised to see so many negative messages. This game is for kids, the pre-game (-) system. It seems that the problem does not run with the toy itself, but the inability of some people around her. Perhaps these people can not read or experienced and computers – but I assure you that there are problems with the gameplay itself. We have this system, with the game of bubbles, and my two girls have enjoyed it tremendously. We are now the additional gaming buttons for sale. And what about a value! In contrast to the systems of some children who get to keep online gaming is more money for virtual “stuff” that this is what-you-see-is-what-you-get. No ads, no pop-ups, at no additional cost and a fun gaming experience for young people. Easy to use and navigate website with the popular games, all at very reasonable prices make this a wonderful value for families. The ratings for this have been great, and I thought I might be able to handle my kids having access to the Internet, but did not work. I do not know how my 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. years games online. I bought this toy for my son for Christmas. Does not work – this is a piece of shit!. I have also tried to get the toy to work on 3 different computers – gave me the message Server busy – try again later. Obviously, it makes it impossible to return to open the package and if they do not work. I wrote an e-mail to Hasbro and get nothing in return. The hour of the calls are almost impossible if you (to work 8.00 until 4.30 clock) to. I’m tired of waiting so I’ll try to get it back without the packaging. Rating: 1 / 5
